Rany: Regional Head Needs to Invite Citizen to Succeed General Election

Jakarta Regional City Council Vice Chairman, Rany Maulani assessed all regional heads need to invite and appeal citizen to succeed the general election. It includes the presidential, DPR, DPD, and DPRD elections this year.

Nation's integrity is the main target

Rany said that the invitation can be directly delivered to the citizens in forums or by using advertisement board and social media.

"It needs strategies to be massively and effectively delivered to the citizen. One of them is by installing banner in strategic areas," she said, Saturday (1/13).

According to her, the narration of Smart Choice, Safe Eelection, Strong Indonesia is enough to represent our hope to succeed this year's election.

"Smart Choice means the citizens use their right to vote. Safe Election means our hope for the election runs smoothly and safely," she added.

Strong Indonesia, she continued, means unity must be maintained. Nation's integrity is the main target.

"We must ready to win or lose the competition. But the important thing is how we unite and collaborate to develop Indonesia," she continued.

Rany stated that Acting Jakarta Governor, Heru Budi Hartono has already good in reminding the civil servant to remain neutral.

"In many times, he reminded to keep the neutrality. I think it's good enough since he is still a civil servant also," she closed.
